Emma Malewski Is a Tiger
Clemson gymnastics is adding international firepower to its roster with the signing of German National Team member Emma Malewski for the 2025-26 season, co-head coaches Justin Howell and Liz Crandall-Howell announced.
Malewski, a Hamburg, Germany native, has an impressive international resume, having represented her country at the inaugural Junior World Championships in 2019. She is the 2022 European champion on beam and helped Germany capture a historic bronze medal at the European Championships, marking the nation’s first-ever women’s artistic gymnastics team medal at the event.
In 2023, Malewski earned silver medals on beam and in the all-around at the German Championships, further establishing herself as one of Germany’s top gymnasts.
Malewski joins an incoming Clemson class that includes transfers Paige Anastasi and Ella Cesario, as well as freshmen Sophie Stuart and Celeste Field, adding depth and world-class experience to the Tigers’ lineup heading into the program’s third season.
