Emree Hofseth is a Tiger
Clemson Gymnastics has secured its first commitment in the 2027 recruiting class, landing Emree Hofseth out of Cypress Academy of Gymnastics in Houston, Texas. Hofseth took her official visit to Clemson this past weekend and chose the Tigers after also visiting Cal earlier this month.
A Level 10 gymnast, Hofseth has been a three-time Level 10 National Qualifier (2023, 2024, 2025) and claimed the 2025 Level 10 Beam National Championship. Known for her poise and precision on one of gymnastics’ toughest events, Hofseth projects as an immediate contributor on beam and could develop into a multi-event standout at the next level.
This commitment marks another recruiting victory for new co-head coaches Justin Howell and Liz Crandall-Howell as they begin their tenure leading Clemson Gymnastics. Adding a proven national-caliber athlete like Hofseth gives the Tigers a boost as they build the foundation for their future classes.
